If streamers played Xbox, would the beta be released early for Xbox users?

Nope, streamers are irrelevant. The partnership with Sony is not irrelevant. There are however streamers who play on Xbox.

Though I agree streamers have huge influence, in this case, no. I'm sure part of Sony's contract with Activision for exclusives would include early looks. No way streamers could cause Activision to breach the contract.

2 RepliesNo.. It's more like if Microsoft had paid Activision to add exclusive items to the game then the Xbox would see the one day advantage. :-P Seriously - given the limitation of what is playable for this beta (that we know about so far), having an extra day is not a huge thing.
