Howdy, it looks like quite a few are having the same issue as me - I stupidly decided to buy some silver for the first time in ages, and after seeing that I couldn't purchase it through Eververse due to the error message quoted above, I decided to buy it through the Playstation store. That was successful and I figured it was just something weird going on in game. That was about an hour ago though and still nothing has appeared. I've done some troubleshooting based on the information seen, including reinstalling the game, licenses, clearing the cache etc etc. I'm not sure whether it's you or whether it was the recent Playstation update, but this needs fixing ASAP.

  • Iv been having the same issue on xbox. Im trying to get the pre order for NLB(no land beyond) but i cant get the ultimate edition because of this issue, Iv tried multiple different "fix's" posted by Bungie employees but most of them include network checks, and other nonsense. this issue might kill the last bit of interest i have in the game. NLB was a gun that my clan in d1 bonded over its the reason i have made some of my best friends id love to have the gun again butas of right now it doesnt seem possible to even get. but bungie jumps on to the fact people got it by buying the regular edition within a day. I HOPE this gets fixed soon
