What's the one thing that hasn't made sense to you ever?
The fact that it takes way longer for the Tower to load than a patrol world

9 RepliesThe fact that Vendors in the tower never changed their stock even though it had a stock refresh time on the bottom of the screen. Also I cannot for the life of me understand why the gear and weapons dont switch. By that I mean why not sell the very first vendor gear, house of wolves vendor gear etc. How awesome would it be to have all the vendor stock change around every week so its exciting and you have something to spend your marks on? I guess I just dont understand why Bungie makes its own content obsolete over and over again. Blows my mind

3 Replieswhy our guardians never asked any questions, about anything, since we were revived. ever. nothing. why we didn't ever get around to deciding that we were WAY stronger than anyone at the Tower, and why we never just created our own factions and made our merry way to doing whatever the hell we wanted to. why we didn't just tell our Ghost to fvck off when he revived us and went back to sleep. why we never got around to 'asking' anyone for our own room in a social space to make as our own... a bedroom.... a closet.... a hammock... whatever. just SOMETHING that we could retire to and take a breather. hang our hats. have our friends over for pizza bagels and beer. why we could never accrue more than 25,000 credits. things cost money. couldn't we start a union, get them to build a bank, save our funds with 3% interest like any other sane person?! why Eva Levante never sold anything aside from the same five shaders since day one. where the hell Waldo was. never found him.

1 ReplyThe fact that we still use such archaic flushing mechanism in most toilets. Really, think about it. We travel in space but still use those cheap little flaps, floats and chains that constantly break down? On a serious note, never made sense to me why Bungie oversimplified what looked like one of the most epic stories of all time. Did they think their audience was not bright enough or didn't care for it?

With so many of our enemies being able to instantaneously teleport to places (Vex, Taken, specific Siva enemies), the Tower and whatever civilization there is below us should be gone by now.

Oh and another thing, the rarity of ships. These things provided no form of advantage yet they had some of the lowest drop rates in the game throughout almost the entire thing. It took me the better part of a year to get the The Thoughtcrime. And honestly, shortly after I got it I stopped playing. That was the last thing I was grinding for and I finally felt like I'd beaten RNG and I didn't have anything else that I wanted to do.
