What exotic eludes you?
What exotic eludes you? Mine is Transversive Steps. No matter how many exotics I open I just can't get them. I don't count raid exotics but you can if you want

2 RepliesThere's a bunch suddenly as now on my current primaries list in the kiosk is tons of blueprints i'm missing. I have no idea what any of them are either. I'm assuming they're year 3 versions of stuff i already had. Be nice instead of a damned blueprint it would say what the guns are. Nemesis star is still hiding from me, all i get is the same 4 armor pieces and same 3 guns every time i get an engram.

It's not RNG, but I only have all 3 on my warlock, and 1 on my titan. And it takes FOREVER to get to rank 25. At this rate, I'll definitely finish my titan, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get them on my hunter before Destiny 2 comes out. [spoiler]Basically, you need to get to rank 25, 9 times. Rank 25 for 3 factions on 3 characters is pretty much the same as having 1 faction and reaching rank 225!!!!! I'm almost half way. Almost. And I've started grinding about a year ago. The fastest way to rank up factions is to give them heavy synths. The cheapest way to get heavy is from Xûr, but the 2nd cheapest is Variks if you have Ether Seeds. The fastest way to get Ether Seeds is to farm Draksis, Winter Kell. But make sure that when you get him at low health, you kill him with a rocket at close range. This will kill Draksis so he drops the Ether Seeds, but it will also kill you, so you can respawn at the checkpoint without having to redo the mission. Draksis has a 50% drop rate of Ether Seeds, and and a 50% drop rate of House Banners. So on average (and this may vary tremendously), 2 Draksis kills give you 1 Ether Seed. 1 Ether Seed gets you 1 heavy synth from Variks, and 100 heavy synths let you rank up ONCE!!!!! 2500 synths for one exotic class item. Multiply that by 9, and you need 22500 heavy synths. If you only use Variks (which is a shitty idea, Xûr is much better when he's available), you'll need to kill Draksis 45000 times. F*ck![/spoiler]

transversive steps. That's the only exotic other than a few of the faction class items from reaching lvl 25 that I don't have yet. They refuse to drop for me. Every time I get a boot engram I'm like "Oooooh..................maybe.....nope! F-ing Peregrine greaves or Frost ee5.... again!" I cry every time.
