Do you think they recognize the irony and symbolism of literally taking away someone's voice because they used it to say something you don't like?
And of course this will only hurt their game as now the meme machine is gearing up to turn Yooka-Laylee into a symbol of the alt right.

2 RepliesA private business has the right to do whatever the hell they want to do with their company. They have the full rights to dump Jon "The Blue-eyed" Aryan Jafari (because he's a "-godwinslaw!-") from their game for having controversial opinions. That said, the consumers can also do what they please with their money, and if they choose not buy the game because they dumped Jon for having these opinions, opinions of which that were poorly represented by Jon himself, that is completely understandable and within their rights. I would highly discourage people from buying the game for that reason, but I am not them, and they have the right to do whatever they damn please with their money.

Jontron made the mistake of being famous and having opinions. You see, people like to pretend that everybody they look up to agrees with their every opinion, and when they don't, it's like finding out
Santa
isn't real. Jon didn't even put his opinions on his channel. His Twitter, yeah, but any videos containing his opinions could only be found from other sources.

I think they have the right to do this but i dont agree with it. His opinions had nothing to do with the quality of the game. Work and personal life should be separate.
