Your blonde moment in Destiny
Mine was just after HOW dropped. I went to the Reef for the first time, walked up to the area where the big door is with the three guards. All of a sudden I heard one of them say, OUTSIDER. I thought, holy shit, Bungie set it up so it calls you by your gamertag!!! Needless to say, they call everybody outsider.
WOW...this got bigger then I expected. See, all of us have had some fun in this game after all.

Destiny was my first ever actual video game and I was the biggest moon ever. I had developed the strategy of warlock flooding every where especially over bad guys and then spamming melee. When I got to level 24 my buddies decided to carry me through vog. I spent the vast majority dead from stuff I didn't understand. I refused to level up sunsinger too. When we got to atheon I actually went up in flood mode and meleed him, the supplicants too. They made me suicide after every wip so I wouldn't get teleported

It took me like a week to figure out you could press the melee button in blade dance to kill people. I would jump in the air and press the trigger to swipe at people lmao

I accidentally dismantled my VoC. Thought i was on the pulse rifle, held the button and looked away. Then I heard the ascendant energy pop up. 3 months later we could lock our gear. It was my first gun from VoG.

6 RepliesNot being able to tell when a teammate in raids or an enemy in crucible has their super. Found out a year or so into playing the game that the pulsing yellow around their level gives it away.
