How do I complete "patrol with it".
It says "complete weekly patrol quest"
Where do I get this "quest"

Hey QUnique, As others have said, you'll get it from Shiro. If he does not have this quest for you and it's also not in your active quests, please check the Abandoned Quest Kiosk.

It is the quest Shiro-4 gives out every week requiring you to complete certain patrols in the plague lands
