Us 2%ers need an ammo Regen FUSION!!!
There's an option for all the snipers out there, and of course all the shotgun guys. Even the lonely side arms will pick up a lot more use. With this upcoming patch there is still no option for fusion rifle users which is a mere 2%...that usage stat will most likely fall even farther. I'm pretty sure that the words fusion rifle weren't even spoken on the stream as if it were just a distant idea from y1.
Give us 2% users an option for an ammo Regen fusion rifle. Or a primary fusion we can use in y3 and beyond.
Ps. .bring back pocket infinity (as is no tweaks needed)
I doubt I'd even use it, I just want the option like everyone else. My satan roll vortex is the best.
TL/DR: every special weapon class has a Regen or constant (primary version) ammo option aside from fusion rifles. Give us an option. Bring back pocket infinity while your at it.
Also rip blade dancers again >.<
just realized that they nerfed rangefinder ADS which will probably affect fusion rifles. Nerfed again unintentionally ? They didn't note that but it's possible that the blanket nerf to it will hurt fusions even more... seriously though. .ouch.

Instead Regens the one clip that it has over time. You get one awesome burst or spread out shots in the 4 shot clip.

23 RepliesBut you special snowflake "2%ers" can only use Saladin's Crutch. You wouldn't use any Fusion Rifle if it wasn't broken. And sorry, but if there's a regenerating Fusion Rifle, it won't be very strong.

2 RepliesAs a part of that 2%, fusions add a bit of strategic play... since you have to be able to predict your opponents movement to have accurate shots. One of the reasons why the upcoming crucible-special ammo-update is so troublesome for me is because I unload a lot of fusion shots into empty stairwells and open doorways in anticipation of an opponents movement. Unlike shotguns, fusion rifles have a charge time aka fire delay. I honestly feel that putting fusion rifles and shotguns in the same boat is unfair.

With ammo dropping every 60 sec I think you'll have a lot of opportunities to pick up ammo

Ammo nerf or not, I love my Saladin's Vigil too much to put it away. It would be nice to have an ammo regenerating fusion though.
