I use this gun all the time to go flawless in trials trying to carry my clan mates. To put it simply this gun is too OP in the current meta. There's two ways to fix it, 1. Fix the ridiculous flinch on other snipers or 2. Replace the hidden mega unflinching
perk with a regular hidden unflinching perk other snipers have.
Guy has clever dragon with high cal and is hitting you hard with headshots?! No problem ! Shoot him in the face with the NLB because it's gonna go there regardless of the physics of the game that no other sniper in the ENTIRE game can do!
Edit: not replying anymore, too many comments!
Edit 2:
There are plenty of other exotic snipers in the game. That cannot do the same. The universal remote was so op before its righteous nerf and it still felt exotic and in the right place until the matador came out again. It's exotic because it's a primary shotgun just like the NLB is a primary sniper, that's exotic enough! Basically never running out of ammo with a decent archetype of a weapon of its class for both! Now being able to have just as much range as the top tier shotguns with the uni was just too op, which is why they needed the range nerf! Now with the NLB, you can be unstoppable in 1v1 because you have literally 0% recoil even if they are shooting you nonstop in the head, it defies the physics of the game! It may even be a glitch for all we know! Because they say it has a hidden unflinching perk but unflinching doesn't work that way with everything else! It needs a nerf! And when they do, it will still be a worthy exotic! Because it's a PRIMARY SNIPER.
15 Replies*What exactly is a nlb flawless user? Does going flawless with a jade rabbit & sidearm 10 out of over 100 flawless victories make me a jade & sidearm flawless user? No. * Do you know that you have precisely 434 nlb kills on your account? Those don't restart or anything so from the time in TDB when nlb came out till now (over 2 years) you've gotten 434 kills. To put that into perspective you have over 2,000 kills with zhalo which came out nearly a year later. Also more than a third of those nlb kills are bodyshots. *Then there's the statement that you use nlb all the time... This says differently since its not in a list of 8 most used weapons in trials on any of your characters. Also if you're getting around 500 trials kills a weekend, saying you use any weapon a lot that you don't even have 500 kills with is simply a flat out lie. Now with all that said, nlb is fine because it is the only sniper that has reticle sway. It is also one of a few snipers that suffers greatly at range being unable to land shots even when they appear precise. The goal is to have more things being used by players not less.
