just curious, i have perfect rolled grasp and clevers, but really can't stand using them anymore. they have become soooo stale that i refuse to use them most of the time just because the pulse mete is super played out and boring.
I just got another counterbalance doctrine on sunday, and man, i forgot how fun those things are. i still get dusted by the pulse/shotty warriors since they cut the balls off the doctrine, but it's way funner.....
anyone else tired of using pulses? not just getting killed by them, but USING them?

The accuracy is off the charts since before Destiny I hated pulse rifles now I love them.
-
Nope. Because I never use them

My Lingering Song is so fun to use.

The whole game is boring AF right now
-
I only use em when I have to. Same with luna and pal drome. I prefer my full auto suros scout or my ill will(range finder and litc). Depends on map size. Pulses aren't boring. The boring thing is only a couple work. Grasp, clever, and hawksaw. Mid and high impact pulses require same number of trigger pulls as grasp or hawk and usually have more recoil.
-
1 ReplyUmm no because if I get tired of something I just use something else. Kind of like a normal person.

I never liked pulses aside from Praedyth's Timepiece...
-
I switch from pulse to Scout to keep things fresh, and depending on maps
-
Pretty sure the game has gotten boring af.
its still fun but in moderation
-
I've only recently moved back to pulses. After the nerf at the start of y2 I moved on to hc. I've fallen in love with the blind perdition at the min, just seams very consistent.
-
For me,instead of hawksaw but i dont really use it,so 2 months ago and with it the matador.
-
Pulses are just easier to use autos...More range, more damage, more stability, better firing pattern, don't need a god roll to be usable, they cause more flinch, the vendor rolls aren't trash, they are more common than autos, their currently usable in just about any situation.
-
1 ReplyHand cannons are the most fun to use imo!
-
I got a good roll on a Red Spectre auto rifle that I've been using since SRL. After almost exclusively using Pulse Rifles since TTK, it's a really nice break.
-
Everything is stale.

Edited by GiveMeYourRage: 1/25/2017 10:30:26 AMIm still enjoying my hopscotch ☺

Switch to autos. Its the only option thats different honestly. Trying to stay on a target opposed single shot actions. While pulses are a hybrid, I still consider them more on the scout rifle end of things. Tbh just wait for our weapon tuning. Chances are the potato dregs promise will be the most OP gun, defender with spike gernades is only viable, and you're a fool if you dont run hard light or something bonkers hahaha
-
1 ReplyDon't blame the weapons. Destiny itself is stale. But what else would you expect after 28 months? Go play another game.
-
1 ReplyPulses just feel cheap to me (fast firing) I try to avoid using them unless I really need to pull it out.
-
Edited by TheMudkipLord: 1/25/2017 1:10:42 AMI had never touched a Hawksaw archetype until i got Outbreak Prime... Yeah... i wish id bought the vendor hawksaw from TTK now... I've never used a Clever Dragon either..
-
1 ReplyIts FUNNER tho....
-
Scout or hand cannon with a fusion rifle and a sword
have fun!
-
Nope
.avi
2 RepliesI've never really used pulses too much, so I guess I can't get tired of using them. I've been running a variety of weapons lately and seeing lots of success, from the first curse to queenbreakers. I'll stick to my burning eye and chaperone most of the time though, it's such a good and fun combo.

I mostly use scout rifles and hand cannons, so no.
