That and one of the 8 tentacles of a male octopus is slightly shorter than the others, that's its penis. If you ever get into a bit of a fight with a person that's at least a bit tipsy (though it works best the more drunk they are) and you want to easily beat them, just continuously snap your fingers back and forth in front of their eyes and next to their ears in an alternate rhythm.
