Titans require skill
Coming from a hunter/warlock guy. I tip my hat to all you who main that thing and do godly things with them. Warlock was my first character and destiny was my first ever first person shooter and took a while but I'm used to the infamous warlock jump 😅. I decided to make a 2nd character the hunter, now this class was so easy to use. Easy jump,super,grenades. [spoiler]no wonder streamers use hunters xD[/spoiler] and today I decided to take a whirl on my brother's Titan. And boy is it more difficult. The lift, melee, super, just wow. So I congratulate to all you titan mains out there!

3 RepliesI think it's easier to switch between a hunter and a titan then a titan and warlock. Hunters just feel easier to titans because of ranged melees and easy to use super and vice versa. However warlock to titan is more difficult because the melee range is so different and you have to get used to the speed of the titan jump, not to mention the supers are similar but not so similar as it takes time for a stormcaller to get used to the accuracy it takes to use sunbreaker.

Honestly I've been doing about as good as my hunter on my titan, but holy shit I have been struggling with my warlock lately. I cannot understand why people think warlocks are OP, they have absolutely no agility, and agility is extremely important in this game.

3 RepliesSo true. I always think how amazingly skilled a player is when a jug Titan comes skating around the corner from mid range in a straight line to me. How they manage to take six three round bursts for a total of eighteen bullets and still manage to trade with one pinpoint shotgun blast. Well played Titan.

A lot of people that have never played as a titan immediately slap on the title "no skill" Thats really not true at all. sure juggernaut can be annoying but I personally use unstoppable for the max armor because jugg doesn't fit me as well as something like No backup plans

only issue I have on my titan is I miss my melee being to far lol idk warlock lots of room even hunter a respectable range titans make no sense lol. maybe they should change it to a karate kick to the face problem solved

2 RepliesI played my friend's Titan on his account and quickly ran up super high k/d's. Clearly, Titan should be the choice for anyone new coming into the game. This ^ was an eye opener for me because on my account (shared, I only created one character) dating back to the beginning of yr 1 there has never been a Titan. This recent revelation brings a lot of the "debate" here into sharp focus.

I'm the opposite. I main hunter but every now and then I use the titan. Titan feels so easy to me.

It's simplicity is the benefit and the downside. You have to find a way to be successful even though your doing the same thing over and over. The enemy knows what you're doing. But that doesn't mean they can stop you haha.

As a Warlock main, I'm extremely jealous of titan skating and lightning grenades. Both are amazing. Kinda bummed we didn't get those on stormcaller in the end. Probably would've been op with arc web. Implying Titans require skill may be a bit much to some people but I must admit, when I see an empty bubble, I get worried. That means A defender is moving around, (instead of camping in armor of light) which is terrifying. There's a skill cap sure, but the panic smashers don't help you guys, just like the panic landfall/nova bombs guys don't help us. [spoiler]#GiveTitansMoreMeleeLunge[/spoiler]
