So go back to what I was saying earlier, redbar are going to be an issue just because fireteam can have a few far away from the host!

Even in game like halo 5. There will probably be issues if the team has one player each from a different continent

As for the multiple nationality fireteam. I don't think that's possible for any game. You're practically asking for lag no matter how good your Internet is or how good the servers are
