Edit: turns out the time to regenerate ammo has been reduced to 6 from 8 seconds.

It won't get buffed cause the thorn won't get unnerfed either. Enjoy your nerfed icebreaker. I'll be using my raid sniper while I use a sword or sleeper.

7 RepliesIcebreaker was good for two things: 1. Oracles in Vault of Glass if you kept wiping. 2. Heavy ammo glitch at Crota. Fatebringer, Black Hammer, Gjallarhorn: stick with this and the rest is cream cheese.

Aim for the face. Never fails if you actually make the shot. If you dont, then the match isnt a good sniping match. Unless the guns you start with work with the current match youre in, try swapping out different guns to suit your specific needs. Make a plan. Be smart. Dont kill easy, kill smart.
