Spam bot during trials blocked radar
I don't do trials often so I have never seen this before. Apparently we versed some streamer named [REDACTED], they were losing then all of a sudden I get 25 PSN messages
Which all said
NO RADAR FOR YOU [REDACTED] WILL WIN come by the stream if youre salty --- Spam by [REDACTED] ---
From various bots.
It blocked my radar and I died.
Is this type of cheating normal or something ?

115 RepliesYou should report any of the accounts doing the actual spamming to PlayStation. You can turn notifications off in your settings. It's always a good idea to do this before matches, especially in Trials of Osiris.

I have a dislike for cheating streamers... Let me tell you a story (XB1 only). One day I wanted to play Destiny and in XB1 dashboard u see streaming now etc. I saw someone new so decided to check her out of curiosity. Why? Because u normally need a lot of watchers to feature on XB1 dashboard! So I was curious nothing else. Anyway this girl was playing normal clash (no ToO or IB as it wasn't on) and she had a lot of followers and viewers "donating" money (there was a top donor scroller on her feed). I was surprised as not even the best ToO carries can pull this off in a normal day! Now the hate bit.... She was crap, lowest score in her losing team (bravo in that match). She had like 400 score near the end. Interestingly i noted that even though they were losing badly the people from other team were leaving the game especially the ones who were on top. Oh yeah the chat was obscene! That's when I realised what was going on and noticed the whole crap. I made my judgement and leave it to you guys to figure it out. The player who can't be named was crap and I checked her stats ( <.5 kd). Streaming is not just about wins. There is more to it. If you want to check her out. Try xb1 in UK around wednesday nights 10pm... U might find her. No names taken so don't u dare ninja me!

I would definitely try reporting it via PSN. I have my PSN profile set up to only receive messages from people on my friends list. I would definitely give that a shot as well, so it hopefully doesn't happen again in the future!

I keep the PS ones off thankfully so it had no impact on me..It just drained my phone instead lol. When the game was over I had 102 unread messages.

That's why I have notifications off ( also because I'm hollywood AF Kappa) This has happened twice to me and I play Trials a shit ton. People just overreact it. Not many people do it.

I've heard of people from a popular streamer doing this just to give the streamer an advantage or for some other agenda but I've never heard of a streamer actually doing this and I don't think any of the reputable ones would like their viewers to do this. I'm sorry about people. They suck
