Used my candy to get "Gifts of the lost" mystery bag and did not get the "guaranteed" shader Sea of Tears

I just got it after opening my sixth bag. While it's possible it is bugged for some players, it also seems to be subject to RNG rather than "Guaranteed." It's very odd how they set up the contents of the Gift Bag in the Preview.

Same thing happened to me and my husband. Neither of us got it, but we both got it when we opened our second mystery bag.
