Sign here if you never completed Kings Fall or Wrath of the Machine Raids
So I hear that the light cap is being upped to 400 and the heroic version of the Wrath of the Machine raid is coming out.
I'm proud that I'm almost 380 and have never completed Kings Fall heroic or Wrath of the Machine!
Who else was unfortunate enough to never have a raid group?
(EDIT: I'm amazed with this toxic community. I've never seen so many people get triggered over a simple 'sign here' thread. You people take Destiny so personally it fascinates me).
NEW EDIT: Since some of you get triggered for some reason, I just want to feed you trolls. I hit 400 without raids so feel free to get salty and cry in your dark rooms and smash your keyboards in a fit of rage posts. Have a nice day!

And what's the point of getting to 390 if you're not going to do any of the activities that actually require a high light level?

4 RepliesI've only ever done VoG once, and it wasn't a fun experience thanks to the group of kids i was playing with. I would like to join a mature clan. I am 40 (41 in 6 weeks) My light is blessed only from patrolling since December, thanks to not being able to afford my playstation plus. But now that's paid for for a year, i can finally catch up

I read the title and thought: "You had a year to do this." I dont know why people couldn't find time to complete the raid in between September of 2015 and September of 2016...

It's not even about light level as much, it's about the EXPERIENCE of playing the raid blind, playing the raid with friends for the first time, finding out secrets, killing the boss. You will never get another chance like that. That's what the raid is all about. YOU may have reached 390+ through vendors and shit but you're missing out on a huge part of the game - The Raid, which is awesome.

i dunno why the hate.. isn't really a love or hate OP post for me. You can hit 400 multiple ways,.. raids, banner, trials, even the long haul NF and crucible drops. Nothing to be salty about. Some people just don't raid.

For me I dont have much time to play at nights after work, Im literally skipping vosik just to gt the raids completed before reset each time. You can find groups at certain checkpoints , I would recommend that because a full raid on hard takes a long long time..

Good job. You didnt miss out on much other than allot of jumping and standing in one place. WotM though was fun. I would suggest you at lest try to run it once.

I guess it's fine that u have made it high level without doing the raid but I don't think it's anything to be proud of. You pay the same price as everyone else whether you raid or not plus raiding is the best content destiny has to offer, I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't participate.

1 ReplyHaven't completed any of the raids. I soloed the Abyss a few times until I figured out you could only get gloves. I've always looked at the raids as something to do with mates (actual real life friends) while chatting, and as I don't have RL ftiends that play Destiny I never bothered with the raids.

My party just hasnt had the time and I havent had the interest for lfg yet. Maybe next week. KF however, easy. Just havent tried on my toons but I'm not going to

I may not have finished the raid yet and im also almost 380 light i still feel it has its place in the game and i will do it at the pace I feel comfortable with and i hope others do the same.
