Taken War Heroic Strike Playlist
I have done neumerous strikes under this playlist today alone and havent received any legendary marks. This has been an issue since rise of iron dropped.

Hey DracoXIII, That's because Taken War is no longer a Heroic Strike Playlist, you'll need to play the SIVA Crisis Heroic Strike Playlist.
