I preordered and still can't play it. I was on the phone with xbox support for 2 hours and all they told me was to just wait it out. I'm waiting for bungie to acknowledge the damn problem.
Funny thing is, the codes for the gjally and the sparrow totally worked, but I can't use them without the add on. So essentially I have 2 items on my hunter that I can't even -blam!-ing use.

Yeah support said they try to fix it in 24-72 hours but in bungie time that's a week

UPDATE: According to Xbox I never actually purchased the taken king (even though I have it??) So that's why I wasn't able to buy rise of iron off the store. So if anyone is still getting that "Query could not connect to store" crap, check with Microsoft to see if they actually have your purchase on record. I was just forced to spend an extra $30 on the collection. But hey, I ended up getting an accidental second gjally out of it.
