I have all but magnificence, anyone that has it care to share? I can pass on the ones I have.
And these perks are a variant of Radiant Light from year 1, but its been broken down in tiers.
According to my findings, here's what I have concluded:
Glory = Common Tier, small buffs to Rep and XP Glory glows White
Brilliance = Uncommon Tier, Medium buffs to Rep and XP. Brilliance glows Green.
Magnificence = Rare Tier. Large buffs to Rep and XP. Magnificence glows Blue.
Fortitude = Legendary Tier. Huge buffs to Rep and XP and small increased chance for legendary engrams to drop and for lower rarity engrams to decode into a legendary. Fortitude Glows Purple.
Splendor = Exotic Tier. Max buffs to Rep and Xp with increased chance for exotic engram to drop when using 3oC and lower rarity engram to decode into an exotic. Splendor glows Yellow.
To get infected by these viruses, you must revive players in PvE or kill players in the Crucible, however, they aren't transmitted instantly. You have to kill the player with the viruses multiple times to be infected.
EDIT : Guys, before you get infected, make sure your character is clean first. This is because if you get 1 infection, you won't get anymore infections. In other words, kill players with more than 1 infection for maximum benefits, that's the only way to get all 5 infections for now.

One of them also gives glimmer in pve kills. Don't know which one but experienced getting glimmer from red bar enemies.
