Can we all just agree that the Sunsinger Super is awful?
Seriously this needs to get reworked. With any other class I get excited when those sweet words "Super Charged" appear. With Sunsinger "Meh."
Edit: I'm amused that the #1answer is basically "use the thing that rewards you for not using it."

1 ReplyThey nerfed the two things that made that super even half decent, now unless you use a very, very specific perk setup it is awful. Why should I have to us Radiant skin just for a little less useless than it already is. Sunsinger is trash now, but stupid things like skip grenades that take out 90% of your health and follow you across the map goes unnoticed by the bungie balance team, they wouldn't understand balance if it hit them in the head. Nerf shotguns seven times, increase sniper zoom and make it easier to Res snipe, nerf Thorn nine times, keeo TLW as the fastest TTK primary in the game. They don't know balance.

1 ReplyI main a Warlock and agree. Resurrecting is very useful in certain situations, but most of the time I don't need to resurrect and miss a proper super, a cool and fun super. Team mates activating nova bomb, hammers etc. left and right. My super is charged and I'm just like "Meh" like you said. Chucking grenades as super is just lame in my opinion. Give me a massive solar beam or something I can melt enemies with.

NO! We dont need to rework the Super or the Subclass in general. We just need to buff it again and it will be amazing, like it used to be. I love Sunsinger, but Bungie nerfed their nades and the melee, of course the Super gets worse as well. Remove the nerfs and maybe do something to VF and its 100% fine. - a former Sunsinger #makesunsingergreatagain

1 ReplyIt's mediocre, but not horrible. They need to add more support abilities to it like using self Rez while alive can allow you to revive nearby teammates on cast, spend the super to bypass revive restrictions, or bypass revive restrictions while it is active when activated while alive. Then maybe add a perk that allows your grenades to target allies and give healing if need or a weak over shield when at full health.

3 RepliesThe only thing I think needs adjusting is movement speed. Warlocks seem rather slow compared to other classes especially the sunsinger. It would be nice to get an evade or agility boost when using radiance. Other than that the subclass is fine.

8 RepliesFirst quit trying to use it like it's still the firebolt god of old. Second trying changing more than just the super perk. By this I mean play style and passive perks. It's still a very good super if you use it like its supposed to be used. As a Support.

I run around in games trying to figure out when I should pop radiant skin all the time lol. Nowadays I just keep it charged and pull out Tlalalalalaloc, that thing destroys.

2 RepliesAwful? No. Significantly weakened by the nerfs to Fireborn and Firebolt grenades? Absolutely. Other than doing solar damage, and coming back from the dead, there is nothing that a Sunsinger can do (now) that a Voidwalker or a Stormcaller can't do....and do BETTER.

1 ReplyRadiant skin with radiant will wearing claws with double fusion nades. Lasts a long time, can throw a dozen nades and one hit melee kill 2-people in one go.
