Even though the box says that they will be exclusive until 2017

not going to argue but it said 2016 until they changed it. And yes I'm aware it said 'Until at least' but it's very misleading especially when they kinda set with the yr 1 exclusives that they would be only exclusive for a year.

I don't particularly care about what we're actually getting but in life if something's wrong or if you got screwed over, you don't just take that.

I'm sorry but you aren't happy with what you get, you just accept the shady business tactics for what it is. I don't think people should be complaining about not getting the content under the basis of "getting screwed over" when they were told the content would be exclusive for AT LEAST a year. But that's not the case with most people; most people are frustrated with the situation in general. Exclusives hurt consumers. They don't help with development or competition in any way, they just give the executives a bigger bonus from more sales.

If you just take that bystander position nothing gets done wouldn't you rather change something thats wholly unfair and dishonest to be better for everyone then just be like "ah, oh well guess were being cheated out again, whatever" thats a bad attitude imo.

So Sony commissioned Bungie to make extra content for their PS4 users. The game was going to be released on PS4 anyways, they had the tools and Sony paid for the team. Why would I be upset with them for having their skills be in demand?

Edited by Kryptekk Frost: 8/20/2016 12:43:48 AMNo Bungie was planning on releasing the "PS4 exclusive content" on xbox as well, its obvious because the exclusive stuff is ON the physical disc, Sony only paid them extra to have those few things made only available to players on PS4 in order to cash in on the moderate popularity of Destiny and boost the sales of the PS4. I also wouldn't consider Destiny to be a good exemplifier of Bungie's 'skill' I like they game but I very much disagree with some of the dev choices they have made as well as other crap that brings down the games rating in m eyes.

Thats what they'd rather you do, look at the history the forums have helped player opinion change the game, you're a fool if you say otherwise, as I said what are we supposed to do that isn't going to appease their daft actions. You seem pretty passive to me. Also I'd recommend you see to it that other people can understand what you're typing without having to read it multiple times because its choppy and sounds ridiculous (I hate to pull the grammar card but seriously you sound a little funny, I'm talking about your sentence structure.) in a debate such as this.

What your doing, will not work, if you wish to change something in game, go ahead on the forums, if there data contrasts well with your opinions they might change, But what your wishing for is for them to drop money, for who? A bunch of players who will most likely still buy ROI? Hell no, gtfo this is no kid world, this is business I think what im saying is quite clear, your doing nothing, nothing will change. I can tell you right now buddy that Bungie will loose a LOT more money from xbox players deciding not to purchase RoI or anything after like Destiny 2 than if they loose their exclusive contract with Sony. Also you must have a pretty poor understanding of the business world to overlook the fact that they will loose a good margin of their profits in the long run if players start to drop off again like they did last year around the time TTK was released, but you're also right it wont work if most people are as ignorant as you, last year with TTK money was also on the line with the stuff they were going to do and the threat just became too much of a risk for them to okay the action, thats what this can come to if it gains enough support, I'm trying to rally players who feel the same way I do, feeling like we're being cast aside, again, it seems you're just trying to bring the whole community down, who knows, you could be employed by bungie which would make since you've been with the grind since 2013, maybe it means the difference between a 0 or 2 on your christmas bonus. Dick.
