Probably so player populations stay high. If all of the potential playlists are available all at the same time, the player base might get to spread out

So why don't they introduce an Action Sack playlist then?

I don't mind them. I want more permanent social playlists, but I love having a new social playlist to just hop in and play every week too.

I just don't understand the thought process behind it. Why not make them permanent? Why not put all of them in an Action Sack playlist?
