So we are bringing back weapons of past... If we keep bringing back weapons, they will loose their lore and more importantly their value and prestige to the guys that have been here the longest to acquire said weapon. It's my thought that if Bunnie is going to succeed with a 10 year game, it is the nuances like these that will be critical to its long term appeal. Year one players should be rewarded with the fact that they were here when the first thorn appeared, instead of bringing it back for EVERYONE to aquire years later. In 3 years from now I want to clock a guy with a year one weapon in the crucible and him say, WTF was that...and how the hell do I get one!lol Thoughts like this make me think about the future trading between players inventory. Year one legends of old (aka gally) would command a premium to other players. IDK, it sounds a lot better than the instant gratification of re rolls as the years pass...
