C'mon, Bungie. There is virtually no limit to how much space you could give us. It's just an arbitrary number. Please, increase the available space/slots.
With each Expansion, update, etc, the number of weapons, armor, and items has grown. There are lots of things to collect, and any/all of them can be usable. Multiple great rolls on weapons, sets of armor with different elemental and/or ammo bonuses, max light infusion fuel. You know the current vault space is not enough. And with no real reason to not increase it, it kind of just constitutes a d*ck move on your part.
We, the community, put up with a lot of crap from you, Bungie. (You know it's true, so please don't belittle our intelligence by being churlish enough to try and deny it.) Show us that, just once, you're listening, and you want to do something for us; something, which, by the way, won't actually cost you anything but one number different in a line of code. It would be such a small effort on your part that would be greatly appreciated by all. Thanks.
Edit: So much hate and salt from people who vehemently do NOT want extra vault space at their disposal! I stand corrected, Bungie. It would NOT, in fact, be appreciated by "all".

4 RepliesEdited by Dark Raven 2501: 8/2/2016 8:00:40 AMHoly crap how much more do you need for your vault space 😦
-
4 RepliesThey couldn't with the legacy consoles. Now they are gone they can give more space. There is a limit.
-
right now, I'm happy with the vault space. I keep so much shit "just in case" or for sentimental reasons. Especially now that I can reclaim any ship/any shader/any emblem whenever I want... right now, more vault space is unusable in games. Thank bungie for the API, and the Destiny Item Manager on chrome. I would never find anything back in that vault. That said: - more space will be welcome in rise of iron. - make stuff simpler in game, PLEASE. We can exchange stuff from character to character using our phones. Why not in game ? there's a point where it becomes ridiculous.

1 Reply*Inventory space

The rant wasn't necessary to make the point. If anything it detracted from what you were trying to say. That said, I would absolutely love more vault space. As I'm a bit of a horder. What I think would be cool, is a way to sort items. Maybe even have the exotic kiosks worked directly into the vault via a togglable option.

I got a lot of antiquated runes O:

1 ReplyLol at the people not realizing that this is a troll post. Keep on the good work OP

I'm a collector. Anything that I work hard for or have a special connection to I keep it. I've been around since year one and I can tell you my vaults are about filled up. So please give at least a couple hundred more slots Bungie.
-
the thing is with this, with them dropping last gen consoles they should be able to give a much larger vault to players, so i'm going to wait and see because so far nothing i have seen of rise of iron was big enough of a change to justify dropping last gen consoles mid game
-
In RoI they will probably add more space to vault
-
3 RepliesYeah I'm with you MORE vault space please! The year 2 noobs are the ones telling you to delete weapons they never had or got to use when they wrecked. My vault is close to full but guess what. I've got every raid set, all 3 Iron Banner sets, every raid weapon, full trials gear, etc etc. That stuff is bad ass. Way better than the crap we've received since TTK launched. I will keep that old gear because that's where the FUN was.
-
Agreed.
-
7 RepliesVault Space: No we don't need any more. I don't have half of the page filled up on my first page, for all items. Stop keeping all your weapons that you don't need.
-
We need an increase in Postmaster slots. 1 King's Fall Heroic raid is enough to fill up all 20 slots of the Postmaster.
-
Agree. With Bungo you never know what is going to be "balanced" next, so I keep good rolls on all weapon types.
-
3 RepliesThere's no way in hell you have something useable in every slot of your weapon and armor tabs, if you think you do, then its your problem, not bungie's
-
2 Replies1) Learn how to ask for things. Using italics and abuse won't get you results in life. Neither will moaning. 2) Extra space is just going to get filled up with more useless crap that you don't use that just sits there looking pretty and fulfilling your need to collect.
-
3 RepliesThere were a lot of memory issues in the earliest build of the game and even when they brought up vault space in the beginning there were still issues. Might still be

108 weapons and armor slots and like 90 general spots? You know there's collecting then there's hoarding I can understand a few weapons from certain eras in this game I said a FEW. What I can't understand is having over 100 weapons and armor in your vault your guardians can only hold 90. 30 weapons on each character if you even have 3 characters and half probably over half of those weapons are useless in pve. So honestly wtf are you saving them for? Bungie eliminated the need to hold year one weapons by bringing most of them back. I just want to know what use they serve. First exotics and legendaries hell even your first sets of raid gear I completely understand. But the rest? What. The. Hell. Is. The. Point????

2 RepliesI'm all for more vault space tbh. Especially now that another dlc is right around the corner and everyone is hoarding legendary/exotic engrams. (Yes. I'm aware that the engrams probably won't decode into new gear, but you will get a nice flurry of rank-up packages and a constant stream of marks for the first month or so)))))
-
1 ReplyQuit hoarding, not everything has sentimental value or is necessary to keep. Year 1 stuff and little used exotics should be deleted.
-
1 Reply100% agree. Now that theyre leaving last gen behind, no possible explanation on why we cant have much more vault space. Im stashing legendaries and ran out of space for both weapon and armor. Kind of ridiculous considering the nature of the game...
-
Really there is no reason for them not to. It's just that last gen had reached it's limits.
