The C02 scare was a political scandal from the beginning. Now should we be mindful of pollution? Of course! But we can sensible about it.

Atmospheric-type climate change? Not entirely caused by us, but we're certainly not helping any. The thing I worry more about is environmental damage and corruption. We're outputting all sorts of extremely nasty chemicals into the air and water and soil, which is definitely not a good thing.

Sure probably a contributing factor but that doesn't put it outside the boundaries of norm immediately and it certainly doesn't make it unnatural so even if we are our own downfall we were probably just doomed from the beginning

It's happening, and at the rate we're going, there isn't going to be a stop, but we'll start seeing significant declines by ~2028, give or take. But that's my prediction, looking at when other countries are predicting they will be running on at least 80% renewable resources. If you want to see the most significant drop that we could experience, that would be if China could convert to renewable resources, as they are the #1 most polluted and anti-green country in the world, and due to their massive population, but they have no intention of converting soon. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask because, well, this is my career.

Plus, you can guarantee if a "leading climate scientist" makes a prediction that something will happen in the next 10 years because of climate change that shit will never happen. Millions of climate refugees, didn't happen. No more snow in Britain, didn't happen. Flooded coastal cities, didn't happen. Complete melting of Arctic sea ice, didn't happen. Why believe a "consensus" if it's proven wrong over and over and over again.

The idea that human beings are affecting the planet's climate is arguably the pinnicle of human arrogance. Fun fact that the environazis dont want you to know, water vapor (clouds) by orders of magnitude are more effective green house gases than Co2. Its not even comparable. But dont take my word for it, look it up.

Absolutely. The solution is increasing taxes and getting rid of cows. I know everyone that believes in it has already done away with their air conditioning and heating. Their cars and other gas powered items. Especially the young people that know global warming is the single most dangerous issues facing us at this moment. They are even giving up their electronic entertainment to reduce their carbon footprint as much as possible. Hell, the kids these days are using candles to light their way at night. Seriously though, I think we all know what the real solution is...[spoiler]prayer[/spoiler]

Do we pollute? Yes Are we contributing to the affects of the way the Earth's climate works? Marginally. The best example I can think of is the year without a summer. It was a volcano that spewed enough ash into the atmosphere to bring about a global, or at least northern hemisphere cool down in which it literally destroyed the growing season and many perished. Now, can man do that? I don't think so. That was metric tons of volcanic ash put up into the sky in an extremely short period of time. But there is no denying that smoke stacks and draining waste into the rivers and oceans has made some impact on things. But I do not subscribe to the whole scenario of the global warming / climate change being all man made. I believe that there are natural cycles that have been proven to have taken place throughout the Earth's history. We're just not all collectively doing it any favors.
