because EVERY weapon balance (except the one time they buffed shottys) has been directly aimed at crucible. this has caused a complete destruction of the PvE experience. this is forcing PvE exclusives to jump into the Crucible to do anything even remotely approaching "fun". and for this reason you crucible heavy folks have engineered your own headache. by crying about weapons and ruining what the game was actually about, you brought it on yourselves.
