Flayer Mantle
So I've ran about 15 different Dust Palace heroics and the Flayer mantles will not drop for the life of me, do they even still drop?

3 RepliesThey still drop. I just got my second one last week. I've ran that strike many, many, many times and only ever received two. It doesn't drop often.

Grind it when it's the nightfall is your best chance.

Your best bet is the next time Dust Palace is the NF as the strike exclusives have a much higher drop rate then.
