Have a couple of buddies who haven't played in a while and are only about 290. What's the best way to get em higher without crucible?
We'll do the weekly, but that may even be above them (I'm 334).
Can u still do the old POE? Will that drop anything? The new COE I'm thinking would be too difficult for them.
Anything else apart from raid as we're just playing the three of us?

Normal raid

If they are decent players run normal up to sisters. They would be okay in 41 PoE, it may just take a little longer. If they have materials then level up their faction. Spend some time in CoO. Crota gives eris rep so they can buy tokens.

Raid and COE. Shouldn't be too hard. I pulled a 270 guy thru COE last week.

PoE 41 / strikes / crucible until 310 or over. Then CoE CoO for the artifact Buy 3oC from Xur and get exotics Exotic swords fall at 310 light as well

Each T3 boss has a certain mechanic in defeating, once you get these down the T3 can be a 'cake-walk', but it doesn't hurt to wait until there are a few extra hands around to make it go quicker) Run Strikes - start with the Vanguard and slowly make your way into the heroic playlist (if any one has the vanguard booster, make sure to use it to help increase the rep gained) Start working on leveling up a factions Grab the weekly gunsmith test weapons to level up the gunsmith. If you all into PvP - then there is always the Crucible The level 41 PoE 3oC can also go a long way in leveling up. I know you said anything beside the raid, but this will go a long way in getting leveled up You could always look to the recruitment section of the forums to find a people to fill out your fire team edit: add a bit clarification to the CoO and forgot about using 3oC.
