Titans have lost their shoulder charge privileges
Titans have abused the shoulder charge for far too long. Axe the ability from pvp until it's been reworked. They have no intention of shooting targets 90% of the time. The maps are too small to stay away from them as well as to combat the charge itself without resorting to absurd tactics that involve you shouting "-blam!-, -blam!-, -blam!-,-blam!-,-blam!-" until the annoying skill-less Titan dies. The abuse needs to stop and it needs to stop now. It's gone unchecked since day one.

1 ReplySaid this on another post. Your counters to shoulder charge are: Supers Shotguns Fusions Attachable grenades Map awareness Radar Avoidance Blink/shadestep The Last Word. I titan has to sprint at you and get pretty close to hit you if you allow that then you're dead. Yes I know my kd isn't really good but I'm listing all the ways I've been killed when attempting to hit a shoulder charge with my titan.

I dunno man, while playing on my warlock it was pretty easy to shoot them a couple time and then melee before they could connect the shoulder charge

Destiny has great gun play but it also has excellent movement. To not use the abilities available would be a waste of those mechanics. Adapt or get killed.
