Hello LimeBreaks,
There are actually 2 other qualifications you have to complete before you'll receive this weapon.
You must complete "The Wolves of Mars" Quest and you must be rank 3 or higher with Queen's Wrath (Petra Venj).

I didn't finish the wolves of Mars but if I do will I get the Gemini?

Are you rank 3 or higher with Queen's Wrath? If so, yes, you'll receive the weapon after you complete "The Wolves of Mars."
