Why do only exotic Titan and Warlock chest pieces give extra heavy and special ammo?
I recently made my first titan. I was surprised to see that both Twilight Garrison and The Aramamentarium have a perk for extra heavy and special ammo. Als the Warlock chest pieces Alchemist Raiment’s, Purified Robes and Starfire Protocol give extra heavy and special ammo. The other exotic chest pieces don’t have these perks as far as I know and just give extra ammo for a specific primary weapon and a specific special weapon.
The year one version of hunter chest piece Lucky Raspberry gives extra heavy ammo, but in the year 2 version does not.
I.m.o. this does not make any sense. Either give all exotic chest pieces extra heavy and special ammo or none.
Bungie, care to explain?

6 RepliesBecause they give Warlocks and Titans good armor pieces while giving Hunters the shitty gear probably because Titans and Warlocks are supposed to be the "easier class to use"

I use one gear to give me extra. I get 12 for sleeper, the switch back to my 335

My classes while wearing machine gun ammo boots and using bretomarts stand can carry..... Hunter 89 rounds Warlock 110 rounds Titan 120 rounds Can yhey all carry 120 rounds please?
