Got Kicked From a Raid Group......
Because i Didnt Have a 320 Spindle??? Are you -blam!-ing Serious ? Mind you I Have a 320 Sleeper and a 319 1000kyd With Triple Tap and Mulligan . Like come on -__- . Like the Damn Gally All Over again. I do a Tremendous amount of DPS with this combo with Tether/WoL . AND THE REST OF THE TEAM HAD SPINDLES!! Do you know how Badly the Boss Would have gotten Burned had they just Took me without my Spindle ? -blam!-ing Elitist Get on my Nerves. [spoiler]I have a 310 Spindle, i just dont think its worth my Exotic slot TBH .[/spoiler]
Edit: I wasnt being argumentive torwars the group or anything . We were in orbit they checked my loadout and said if you dont have a 320 Spindle we have to kick you . I said i didnt have one they kicked me and that was that .
Edit: I See alot of people agree with me on the Sleeper/ 1000YD combo , Some dont , But It also take into account your overall light level and Everything .
Edit: Why does the Spindle have to be the only Option for the Raid ? Everyone that disagrees making it seem like its the only option for the Golgoroth ans Warpriest Encounters.

Edit:: Im Talking About Golgoroth And Warpriest . Deathsingers( Sisters) Its a No Brainer for the ToM and Terminus(Preferably) . Oryx , Usually ToM( Or whatever you comfortable with ) and Whatever Heavy , But Yeah You get the Point .
Edit:: Its All About Preference Guys . Im not saying one gun is better than the other, im saying I prefer the 1000YD / Sleeper Combo Than the Spindle. Thats All Lol.

6 Replies-blam!- man that is retarded. The spindle isn't even that good for the raid. Personally I switch between Defiance of Yasmin and 1000 yard stare. I have triple tap on that and it works like a beauty. My raid group doesn't really play destiny anymore sadly because of its dry content haha

12 RepliesLol I have 319 spindle but I never use it. I now use 320 eirene with triple tap and cascade mag. With fast reload gauntlet, on golgoroth and warpriest I outdo damage to spindle, every time. And I mean it, every time.

My only issue with spindle Tom and qullim seekers is the fact that two you need raid to get and the other is a special mission that is a nightmare without the right setups. I had a friend run for spindle with the group being near 320 and they got destroyed at the last quarter of the main targets health....you need some serious crowd control for spindle from my own experience.

Seriously doesn't even matter what people use. People just being dïcks. It's not necessary to have it, just a plus like the ToM on oryx/sisters. Don't let it bug ya, there are always others to play with.

3 RepliesThey have the right to ask for whatever they want. If a team says 'Must have 320 Spindle' and you join anyways without it, then that's already one strike against the sort of person you are. Could they have done it with you? Easily. But the point is, you either lied or didn't meet their requirements. Simple as that. You either meet requirements or you don't. I'm a max grimoire player with a whole arsenal of different guns, but even that doesn't make me immune to not always meeting requirements and if I didn't, I'd understand if I was kicked. Grow a pair, find a new team. Simple.

2 RepliesPeople are idiots. I never kick people for that shit - the damage between a 310-320 is negligible like hardly noticeable. I'd be more worried if a player could actually hit their target lol. People like this aren't ones to raid with anyways. They won't teach you jack. Damage comes from your characters light avg against enemies of same LL. If one of your weapons is a little low you won't be able to notice. It's been designed that way.

Saying "you don't need 320 something" is like saying "you don't need a gold clock". Someone will agree, but whoever appreciates golden clocks will scoff at you.
