Mida=scrub weapon.

Go ahead, way what you wish about my thorn post, however don't ignorantly forget the era, and how the last word was infinitely more devistating and that if you didn't use thorn, tlw or hawkmoon you died. Thorn was used a lot, but it was competitive. Mida all people do is camp with snipers, and use mida, that's not competitive.

Well this is kinda funny. Only because the MIDA is definitely not a scrub weapon it requires a steady hand. Also they have done nothing to it since year one. That right their shows you why this crucible meta is terrible because of the weapons being so unbalanced. I don't even know why they changed the thorn meta I honestly think this is worse amor atleast the pulse rifle meta was amazing people will always complain making crucible worse. It was pretty balanced at one point but as far as MIDA definitely not scrub weapon red death is just as good also it's very easy to counter especially with a jade rabbit that thing two shot headshot kinda crazy. Just hope they fix crucible tired of this.

I'm sensing bait but hell, who knows. Young guys complain about pvp a LOT on here all the while oblivious ti the fact that they are hurting the entire game (pve the most!) W each of these "nerf baby" posts. Good luck, im sure you'll get your way, joking or not. Their sandbox team is lead by one if the most incompetent devs in the company. He'll wreck it REAL good for ya.. I can't bring myself to complain about dying to any gun. They were better than me. Sniping is.fn hard for a bad pvp player like myself and others. Using mida?ya you need a steady hand and good aim to land those headshots. Pve will lose another fun gun pretty soon. Not because it's 'op' but they'll look and see it was apparently used more. In IB I never saw mida but I was with other bad players most of the time so maybe pvp gods such as yourself, OP, we're seeing more of them in YOUR matches.

4 RepliesYou might need to fix that spelling mistake in the beginning of the first sentance. Instead of "way" it should be "say". Okay now that I got that out, I kinda agree with Mida being way to overused and the stats to it do seem to be extream due to it having the highest aim assist, enough damage to four shot head shot players at a speed similar to a high rate of fire/low impact scouts of its class. The weapon having so many perks going for it that come into play such as high caliber being defaulted into the weapon, fast movement speed that can be stacked, fastest equip speed, and little to no notice of damage drop off due to it being a scout. It just performs to good in most scenarios that there is little to no drawback to the gun. All situations such as CQB, mid range, and a part of long range( with the exception of extream ranges on certain maps.) It also doesn't help with map design and certain weapons not working how they should. A way to fix this in my mind *is to lower the damage to five shots so it can preform like a high rate of fire low impact scout. *lower the range to where it can preform five shots instead of four at a certain range. * lower speed of rate of fire or movement which is the last thing I want. *other ideas from anyone else would be nice. *or wait for bungie to think of other ideas.

I Agree that it is. Just as is Last Word. But Once Again the Real problem is weapons doing Too Much Damage! Imagine a Shotgun that at Point Blank Range still taking at Least 2 shots to Kill. And for ones like Invective 4! And Snipes taking 3 body shots Not 2. And Last Word a Full Clip not 2 Rounds to my Head. And Finally the Tool! 10 hits Minimum!
