Is shoulder charge affected by people wearing increase armor with "blank" subclass?
Many times at 300+ light I would shoulder tackle someone during IB and they would still have a small amount of health left.
Even when they didn't have and over shield from an ability.
Then we would kill each other with melee.

I can say that during IB, it happened alot where I would severely hurt...but not kill another guardian. I attribute that to light level difference and armor. The ones that get me are when I charge, hit, and the guardian is actually thrown backwards with no damage done. They then proceed to shotgun my head as I'm not expecting them to be still standing.

Edited by Mini: 1/7/2016 7:47:10 PMI was just about to type exactly this. Since IB, I've not encountered the issue though. I thought it must have been high armour setup with added armour from chest piece and/or light level difference; but I'd directly charged mid-armour characters that didn't have an armour boost nor were they much higher if higher at all in light level, that needed a follow up melee or got me or got away. Ramlocks I suspected I wouldn't be able to ohk with a Shoulder Charge but the others on inspection were baffling. Also often had the grenades seemingly just go through torsos or bounce off in the case of stickies or even though everyone was green bar we'd end up in boxing matches if we weren't using a Shotgun or had no ammo for it. Edit : and initially I played Sunsinger Warlock but my burn wouldn't work, it was set and worked in PvE but not in IB matches, switched to Voidwalker.

Thats another story, max armor stat can survive a shoulder charge and when you play a mode with level advantages than thats also possible if you have a significant lower light level than your enemies.
