Uhhhh why are people complaining about storm caller
Sign if you think people are just endlessly complaining about crap. Storm caller is balanced, again I really don't understand what people think is over powered about them[spoiler]I don't even have a warlock lol[/spoiler]

Edit 2:Just to be clear to those who don't understand, being good and utilizing a weapon or super well does not mean it's over powered. Here's an example, Some people are complaining about mida. Like really, Mida is in no way over powered, it's just powerful in the right hand
Edit 3:Well hopefully Cozmo or someone from bungie will keep this is mind next time they decide to nerf something that hunters complain about. Keep the thread going guys!

Edit 5: Apparently some people have not actually read my post. I am not saying that storm caller should be nerfed, I'm actually saying the opposite.
Edit 6: One last thing. Have any of you guys noticed that Cozmo and bungie personnel have been replying less and less to forum post. At least it seems to me this way. Your opinion?

The only thing I see about the storm trance is how long it lasts, and from experience it doesn't even seem to last as long as people say it does, and transcendence only works if you have bit your melee and grenade and most people use those before using their super.

Because sunbreaker was nerfed, and then shadow shot will be nerfed after storm caller and the cycle will continue anew

I see it this way. PvP is broken not mainly on Bungies part, but on some of the community that plays PvP and whines about everything. If people wouldn't care about their KDs and stats and instead realize it's just a video game and have fun, the world would be a better place.

2 RepliesIt's the neverendimg cycle of crying for nerfs. Players will continue to cry for the next best thing to get nerfed. Sunbreaker was first (did need a nerf). Now it's stormcaller, which is perfectly fine. Then after it could be nightstalker.

1 ReplyLandfall should not blind ppl at all and oneshot arcblade, HoS, radiance or bubbles. They should also give FoH the blinding effect imo. Also fix arcblade so its not completely outclassed. Maybe reduce the flinch you take from being shocked a bit too. Increase the amount of super energy it takes when you use ionic blink/lightning or reduce the duration a bit.

2 RepliesStorm caller is not op. I main a hunter as well so stop putting all the blame of nerfs on us. I have seen plenty of Titans and warlock mains asking for nerfs on things *cough* 1000 yard stare *cough*. The only reason people wanted Sunbreakers nerfed was because of the armor. No super should be able to tank a sniper shot to the head. I'm getting off track though so back to stormcallers. They aren't that good in my opinion anyway. The armor is really low which makes it easy to team shot. I think I have only encountered a total of 10 stormcallers warlocks in trials since it started in year 2. If it was truly OP a lot more people would be using it.

There's a special group of whiners who attribute anything that kills them as being OP, and nerf worthy. They make an outcry on these forums, Bungies Twitter, etc and eventually people within Bungie take notice and think this group represents the community as a whole. Along the way, 1-2 good points are made, focused on to an extreme, and others hop on the bandwagon.

1 ReplyI always said Stormcaller was underrated and now this. It's a very interesting thing though. The super is actually quite lacking if you don't pull off the prolonged duration perk and it can really damage your neutral game not using melee or grenade and you often get less super uses just waiting around to make the best use of it. That being said, a well timed Stormtrance is completely devastating. Especially from someone who has good awareness and knows how to use blink properly.
