After Bungie took your money, they handed out emotes for free. What a scam.

They claim they are microtransaction only, and once they have boat loads of YOUR cash, they make them free, and run with your money as there will be no more real dlc until Destiny 2.
Thoughts about this? This is a joke.
For those too lazy to click the link, they are now rng nightfall rewards.
Edit: for all the people who can't comprehend the thread, THIS IS NOT ABOUT YOU SPENDING MONEY HOW YOU WANT, OR IT BECOMING FREE.
It is about them saying it was microtransaction ONLY, with no word about it being early/Instant access, or that it would later be added as ingame rng rewards. This was [u]never[/u] mentioned. This is just bad communication, a frequent problem here, and a way for them to create demand, take the money and run, and then say they are doing it for the players.
I literally do not care what you spend your money on, or how rich you say you are. Use your brain for a few seconds and actually comprehend the topic at hand.

Giving out the emotes as a nightfall reward has just convinced me to not buy them. If it's an exclusive like the festival dances I may buy it but other than that I won't buy another emote.

It's not the micro transactions that bother me. It's the fact that destiny FAILED. No new planets, no new raids, no new content until Destiny 2. Which I'm sure won't allow u to transfer your characters without at least 10 different Bungey styled nerfs. Solution: I bought Fallout 4 last night.

They never once mention the DLC maps being "paid only" yet every dlc map gets put into rotation for everyone once new maps come out. Why are you not complaining about that?

That you're willing to help fund and support Bungie? That you're willing to love everything they create? If it's the first one, they already did that. The loyal fans payed, and got what they wanted. If they wanted to support Bungie, they did. Seems like a win-win situation. Or is this more like a "I DESERVE IT NOT YOU" thing? Are the loyal fans just pissed that they payed money for the emotes now others are getting them for free? If so, that's not really loyal. That's just jealousy. They don't like how players have it easier. It was the same with year one players and year two, how year one'rs had to pay 140, and newcomers could pay 80. If this truly bothers you by THAT much, then don't bother with it. Go do something that pleases you. Ppl bitch about this but im ok woth it. I have yrs and yrs worth of mmo play and im use to things like this. Rehashed gear. Yep. Reused missions slightly moddified. Check yes to that. Content thats been dumbed down for newer players to catch up. Check that also. You see. Everyone thinks what bungie is doing is something new and its not. Its been going on for yrs and for some of you its new. Its here to stay.

I don't care if people get free emotes odds of you getting the one you want from nf are slim. If there's one I want other than the one I got with free silver I'll just buy it or try my luck with the random one from the first bunch.
