Upgrading 360 to Xbox One
Does anything need to be repurchased or is the full upgrade free.
Found a page that says the first 2 expansions upgrade free, but said nothing about the base game/TTK.

If bought after or if by disc then you will need to buy it again. The first two expansions will upgrade for free. If you did not purchase the digital edition by that time you will have to repurchase the base game.
