Since jumping over to the xbox 1 I've run into the same exact problems

Perhaps finding the right group would change your overall experience. I help run two clans that are very successful. Linked by a chat app called BAND. We believe we have a great atmosphere and overall group of friendly & helpful guardians. We Sherpa others through the raids run crucible together and one of the best things most of our guys are mature married have kids/jobs and juggle destiny time around their busy lives so set raid groups are very rare in our clan everybody is encouraged to help one another and stipulating lvls & requirements for raid groups is banned. I can understand your pain. My clan is small and I like it that way then I CAN play with everyone.

The name of my clan is REAPERZ OF LIFE AND DEATH. We were founded to solve issues like these. Currently we have 19 members and growing. The posts im reading here sound like they come from exactly the kind of people we are looking for. If you have found a clan and are happy then thats awesome. That's why you join a clan with only a few members. Larger clans are just a narrower lfg.

I can relate to this. I was a part of a couple clans before and no matter how vocal or helpful I was, nothing mattered. Then I joined full throttle gaming and things changed. Am I able to find people to do exactly what I need to do everytime I need it? No, that would be a little unreasonable. But our Destiny squad is awesome and helpful. There are no cliques within the squad as it would counter everything we stand for. I have made real friends within FTG but my focus as captain in my squad is to ensure all members are having fun with each other while following a code of conduct that discourages disrespect, racism, discrimination, etc. After all, why join any clan or gaming community if the reason is anything less than to have fun? If it wasn't true I simply wouldn't have taken the time to comment and hopefully change your mind. If you are on Xbox One and would like to talk more then please add me. I know exactly how you feel regarding some clans. I have been in clans and been excluded due to being female or not having the same sense of humor as others. I have kust come back from having a mth away from destiny. Im hoping things hav3 changed i suppose we will have to see.........
