Well al Qaeda denounced ISIS so any al Qaeda supporters might praise us for the act...ISIS is lone wolf.

Considering the history of conflict between al qaeda and the west it would probably make them more worried, i doubt they would send any praise. And thats not even taking into account the many other extremist organisations that would make the USA a target if they dropped a nuke.
