Why is anyone even trying for black spindle
After the nerf, why is anyone even going for it other than grimoire?
Edit: I love the "infusion" comments. You guys are great!

I'm leaving this up for one more day but I'm sick of the inane insults/ unoriginal ones as well.
For those that keeps saying " I guess you don't raid" make sure you have your moments of triumph before you come to me.

The perfect companion to Ghorn. The description reads: [i]"I cannot permit you to exist."[/i] But a misstep happened on the stairway to glory. Bungie saw that it was too powerful. They said "Actually, you are OP so [i]we[/i] cannot allow [i]you[/i] to exist." And then they nerfed its perk and made it obsolete within a week of each other. Weeks passed. We moved on. We found other things to use. We replaced it. The same way we replaced Fatebringer with Imago Loop. Vision of Confluence for Treads Upon Stars. Gjallarhorn with exotic swords. We found snipers with the "perfectionist" perk. We found snipers with "triple tap." These weapons aren't the same, but they carry on the spirit and legacy of the legends. Then, one quiet morning, with no warning, something stirred. A post on the forums. Probably satire. But the stories grew. Something was in the ethos. Classified weapons on people's profiles. Blurry screenshots. Something... Black. Truly [i]black.[/i] [i]In the midst of a stormy night, at reset, fog had settled over the grave of the Black Hammer. [b]CRACK!!![/b] A massive lighting bolt struck the grave.[/i] We know not which developer sent the lightning. All we know is that we thank him. [i]The grave exploded. Blinding fire engulfed the pit. Out of the flames, a charred monster emerged. The corpse of Black Hammer. Bound and Woven. [b]reborn.[/b][/i] It's back. In black. Literally. It's beefier looking. It's beefier sounding. It's exotic. Black spindle is a beast 290 is OK u can upgrade it easily when u have 3 of coins to get 310 excotics

It's sexy as hell. Plus I don't have ToM so it's what I use in raids. Also handy in certain strikes.

I like it because it's high impact and I don't have to reload in raids or strikes. You personally don't have to like it and that's ok. Due to the infusion system you can run any set up you want.

Not me. When it was LS it was awesome. Now it's perk is gone and takes up an exotic slot...never ever will I use that pos.

Uh simple, it's a high impact sniper with a brilliant perk for boss fights especially warpriest and golgoroth.

1 ReplyWhy? Because it allows me to shoot 20 of the most powerful sniper shots without ever having to reload. When you reload, you lose dps time. Check the dps stats of snipers, black spindle will be the highest. That's why people want it. It's really common sense. But seriously. It's a stupid question. The best part about black hammer was half that you could fire infinite ammo, and half because you never had to reload. We only lost half of that with the nerf. How about you tell us why we shouldn't want it?
