I try to watch Warframe gameplay to decide if I like it, but everything happens so damn fast I have no idea what's going on.

Yes, Warframe IS fast when you watch the Youtubers but they are high level players. You'll get used to it very soon. The problem is that when you go back to Destiny it's slow and boring.
