i cant get the quest A Sword Reforged
so i cant get this part to get the exotic sword quest going ?? its 282 all upgraded but shaxx is just not offering it to me do i have to be a certain rank in pvp? cheers for any help
EDIT>>>>> so i did put my void sword on to my hunter to upgrade the last node ...once i finished my hunter with the pvp quest side of it with the arc blade ....i went back to Shaxx and he then had 2 reforging quests 1 for my arc and 1 for my void cheers for everyones help :)

5 RepliesDid you max it on a different character? The game gives A Sword Reforged to whichever character had the sword when you upgraded the last node.

I had this same problem, sword was at 284, and fully upgraded, tried to og to orbit and back in etc. Logged in the next day and i got it....dunno what was wrong. Aparently sometimes it doesnt show that shaxx has this quest to give you, just og up and talk to him.

1 ReplyYou have to upgrade every single node on your sword, including the new scabbard you get once it's at 280. Hope this helps

2 RepliesThis might sound weird, but make sure it's equipped and walk up to Shaxx. Assuming everything else is done and your sword is maxed you should be good. I ran around wondering why it wasn't unlocking for me and someone mentioned that I needed to have it equipped when I go speak to him. Not sure if this is true but it definitely worked then.

The quest appears on the charicter where the full upgrade is made. Tip make youre void sword with youre warlock. Because off abilty kills

You need to upgrade all perks on it then you'll get a message from shaxx

1 ReplyJust want to make sure your not missing the last upgrade. When you upgrade to 280 att the sword gains another node to upgrade. Just make sure the sword has a yellow border to signify it being fully upgraded.

4 RepliesGo talk to him, for me at least the prompt to go get the quest from him never popped up but when I went to talk to him the quest popped up.

Only reqs I know of are that your sword has to be 280+ and fully upgraded. If you upgraded it at the tower & went to Shaxx straight away, try going to orbit & then going back to the tower
