How the -blam!- is anyone ever going to "know what they are doing" if people keep demanding experience? You have to give people a chance.

More new to the raid should start their own groups. all these purple having problems joining these groups could all come together. I'll be setting one up for people new to the raid pretty soon myself and I haven't done it yet. And to be honest he doesn't have to do anything. It's his own time and his own group he's starting. I am not one if those guys, but they are not wrong for needing a certain kind of group. Just don't be an ass. It can be explained to these people respect without insulting them or booting them instantly. It's all about being respectful to me. If he has an hour to raid then that's it. He needs certain requirements to get that done. I know people get upset, but what's wrong with my logic? I'm not siding with anyone in particular, just saying it should be handled a certain way. If anything I'm more of the side of giving people chances, key words, when possible.
