[b]Update[/b] I may have discovered a resolution to this problem, will require some time to verify.

Shaxx will not offer me the "a sword reforged" quest for two of my swords. I was able to pick it up with my hunter for the arc sword but can't pick up the other two on any character. They are all above 280 with perks maxed. I have tried moving all three swords to the Warlock and Titan. I tried logging in and out, going to the tower with each sword equipped, and even infusing the void sword over 290 right in front of Shax with my warlock. Still Shax will not offer "a sword reforged" quest to either character. I have no idea what else to try. I'm thinking its a bug related to moving the swords between characters but that's only speculation. I would really like to know if there is anything I can do to make this quest activate, if this is a bug which will eventually be patched, or if I've somehow accidentally screwed myself out of two exotics until year three when they will be worthless.
