Day oners are sitting back and watching the complaining.
People who haven't been here since day 1 are complaining so much. Nerf blink. Nerf thorn. Nerf TLW. Fist of panic. Panic nova bomb. Like seriously? Learn. Here's how I see it:
-regarding supers: if you can get the kill get the kill. You wanna sit back and wait for that perfect moment which may not come and waste your super by not using it all match? Have fun. That's how you play. I'll play my way and not complain about how others play.
-regarding blink: Oh blink. The teleporting trash jump xD. Not very much travel distance however it's fast and has been misused. However no need to constantly complain about it.
-regarding Guns: Specifically exotic hand cannons. There was a time when they were not the viable option. Now they are. Because they were buffed and AR's were nerfed. Stop complaining. Nerf already announced awhile ago. Chill. We all know you are going to complain with new guns soon so calm down. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

-regarding the Kings Fall: ah yes. All the noobs complaining. They want to spoil the taken King by having the raid released on day 1 and being lvl 40 already so they can complain about lack of content. Remember when this was the case for VoG? Oh wait. It wasn't. We were patient for a week and respectful of bungie. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ yall need to chill.

I remember when Bladedancers ruled the crucible. I remember when the Vault of Glass [i]hard[/i] was strictly a 28-and-up activity. I was a level 29 for a month. I remember grinding for vanguard marks because those weapons were viable in combat. I remember when Gjallarhorn was sold by Xûr and nobody bought it because it was week one and nobody knew what the -blam!- it was. I remember the "fake" level 30s who got their gear through the Iron Banner. You guys are hilarious. Yes, some of you are reasonable. But mostly the Destiny section of the forums is a shitfesft lorded over by 12-year olds and ignorant people. Remember when you could turn your mic on in crucible and not have to deal with raging idiots yelling into the mic? Neither do I. [spoiler]Because we didn't have voice chat back then :)[/spoiler]

I am not a day one player, yet I do not complain about this. The only things I complain about are meta things about the game, like how DeeJ said all preorders get the suros pack outside the US, yet this is not true for where I live, or how the game releases two days later where I live etc etc. This is the shit that upsets me. Not some weapons or some abilities. The crucible is broken, if you go in there expecting balance you are having the wrong expectations. If you go in there, knowing that is a shotgun cluster -blam!-, you will enjoy it much more.

6 RepliesDay one player. Weapons need to be balanced. I even called all the nerfs except exotics. Blink needs a slight nerf it just hard to do without making it terrible. Blink wasn't made to be an offensive movement.

I just enjoy the constant rehashes of day 1 complaints about the game after every dlc and holiday. Seriously Bungie, if it was a mass complaint on day 1 and it STILL is the same complaint today...maybe it's time to do something to fix it.

I am more interested in looking ahead 6 months to the DLC that will come after TTK and see what the complaining will be about.

I agree. I like how the meta changes. I wish there wasn't such a big pause but I have a feeling it was worth it so they could put all effort into ttk. I feel like they decided to go all out with ttk.

8 RepliesTwo months ago my doctor tells my sodium levels are too high. Which can increase my blood pressure, put more strain put on my heart and even lead to kidney damage. He tells me to reduce my sodium intake, drink more water, get more exercise, etc. I do it all. 100%. One month later I see him and my sodium levels have actually increased! Now I'm starting to stress. He's going on about coronary artery disease and sudden cardiac arrest, my wife starts to cry. He asks if I've been doing what he's asked. I tell him "Yeah, 100%". He asks about personal habits. I tell him the normal stuff; work, friends, whatever. He asks if I have any indulgence. I tell him not really, my one indulgence would be sitting down to play some Destiny every now and again. His eyes light up. "Do you check out the forums on bungie.net", he asks. Yeah, I say. "Whenever you click on another user's profile, there is an option to 'mute' them", he tells me. "I strongly suggest you begin to use this option." Anyway, I just got back from a visit with that doctor today. My sodium levels are way down! Thanks doc!

2 RepliesI don't remember anyone complaining about the first raid release in Destiny. Nobody complained about the raid not releasing the day the game launched cause no one knew what the raid was going to be like. No one bought Destiny Day 1 cause they "heard it had a raid." The game was bought for its concepts and marketing.
