Sunsinger because range and an overshield.
Ranking goes:
Sunsinger Warlocks
Voidwalker Warlock (range > all)
Bladedancer Hunter (invis is badass in PvE)
Defender Titan (overshield)
Last place tie - Gunslinger Hunter and Striker Titan (throwing knife doesn't count as melee and is hard to hit with, Titan melee is super short and provides no buff or benefit)
