Are you buying the Halo 5 Limited Edition?
I'm looking to do my preordering for the rest of the year, and... well, it doesn't look like H5 has enough content for me to buy the special edition. I don't know what I was expecting, to be honest, but here's what you get:
Steelbook case
Warzone... uh, weapons?
Locke's orders
Blue Team and Osiris intel
Fall of Reach animated series
A Guardian statue
About the only thing of those that appeals to me is the statue, but I've already decided against buying anymore for the foreseeable future (I have a ton), so I may just plump for the standard edition. Which will be the first time I've done that for a Halo at launch since 3 (which was the first Halo I bought at launch full stop, I was a week into my first ever job). Even then, I got the Legendary Edition later on.

4 RepliesI have had it paid of for a while and Yesterday I purchased the MC themed Halo5 controller. So now I get. A free REQ pack via Halowaypoint. Dauntless visor via my controller pack. Lockes armour via LE from GAME. A couple weapon skins via LE from GAME. Nightfall Mark V variation. And soon (I hope) Helioskrill armour via MCC.

I don't know if I'll buy it the only reason I play halo now is when my freind are at my house so I'm not sure what there doing with it so I'm staying with Master Chief collection

6 RepliesIt's amazing that you can actually unfairly obtain weapons to use in Warzone through the limited edition and people still don't think that mode is P2W. Rest assured it will be terrible regardless.

Yep, think I'll preorder the standard edition. Do you guys remember a time when special editions came with 'Making of' documentaries and cut content features? Rather than shit that you just looked at in the game, or weapon modifiers?

Nope. And not even the standard at release. I am waiting it out to see what it is like. Maybe it will be crap in the start as with the MCC when it first released. I'll just wait for Fallout 4 instead. That comes out 1 or 2 weeks later than Halo 5. :3

No. I might get digital deluxe entirely depending on how I'm feeling right before launch, but most likely I'm getting standard. By which I mean I'm 99% I'm getting standard. Only game I'm looking at getting collector edition of is Mass Effect Andromeda. That game will have money thrown in its general direction.
