Hawkmoon for Xbox Users
Dear Guardians,
I am asking for your help. I am an Xbox user and I can't tell you how long I have waited for Hawkmoon to come to Xbox. I have both an Xbox and Playstation and have contemplated buying destiny for both consoles but alas, I do need money to survive.
With the release of TTK approaching, I am disappointed to see that we will most likely not be seeing year one weapons be able to be upgraded to the next level. This is very frustrating for me because Bungie has continually said they want us to play this game how we want. They want us to make choices. And this has not been the case.
I am asking for support from the community from Playstation and Xbox users alike to sign this petition to make year one exotics available to upgrade to the next power level. I realize not everyone is going to agree with me here but I appreciate good discussion and debates on this topic!

16 RepliesThe exotics will be able to go to year 2 damage . Why else would they wait to give xbox Ps exclusives a whole year, then make them irrelevant. Also why why they go so far as to push forth this nerf if they plan to get rid of them? The answer is they wont. Your exotics will carry over and be able to go to new damage cap. Idk about legendarys, but again if they are going to nerf black hammer that leads me to believe at 1 point legendarys will he able to get ascended to new damage cap as well. Vog weapons stayed at 300 when tdb came out .maybe there will be a grace period in between the release of taken king and the next dlc , where they see how new weapons pan out and then maybe add a new ascending material. This is my theory the end

11 RepliesNobody from Bungie has said year one weapons will be left behind or frozen in time for that matter. Stop assuming and wait for somebody to actually say it before you get all bent out of shape.

I don't think we have to worry about Exotics in this unconfirmed leave year 1 weapons behind. They are the core of the game and included them in their balancing update.

...we've known since Destiny was released that Playstation has exactly 1 year for exclusive content, which runs out September 9th (Destiny release date) so no, we're not getting them with the Taken King on September 15th, WE'RE GETTING THEM BEFOFE.

2 RepliesI hate how long the exclusives were and I'm on ps4, I get that its money, but it should have been like 3-4 months in my opinion, and also, I think you can keep ascending exotics, but just not legendaries
