Warframe:
Awful uneventful story
23 characters
Two of the same character will be identical in stats and abilities
12+ planets, although they all use the same few "tilesets," giving the game only 5-7 unique locations
120+ weapons
100+ missions, however there are only 17 types of mission that are repeated throughout different planets
Character customization (color mostly, costs money to actually customize armor)
Pets
Survival mode
Clan Dojo that can be MASSIVE and actually useful for certain weapons / warframes
Warframe events are frequent and free
PvP is nearly nonexistent though.
Free to play
Absolutely awful gameplay
Destiny:
Awful uneventful story
3 characters
6-9 (huehuehue) different subclasses
3 planets, however there are 4-5 different explorable maps with variation inside the map, making dozens of unique locations.
200+ weapons
25-40 missions
Countless armor pieces for customization or leveling up
No weapon customization
No pets
Raids
Strikes
Two distinct social hubs
20-$40 dlc
PvP is probably the better part of this game
Very fun and addicting gameplay

I completely agree with every one of your point except Warframe having awful gameplay. I think it has a unique feel/style that kinda grew on me. It's fast, fluid, and tactile. The melee system is pretty damn cool and the guns feel like they have some weight behind them and I love the slight MOBA influence with each warframe having 4 unique abilities with one of them being a kind of "ultimate." I think "absolutely awful gameplay" is a bit harsh. But I'll admit It does have a ways to go before it can compete with Destiny mechanically.

"50+ weapons" Just did a bit of counting. Not including variants of weapons (MK-1, Prime, Wraith, Vandal, Mara, Syndicate or Prisma), Warframe has 49 Primary weapons, 47 Secondary weapons, 66 Melee weapons, 43 Research weapons and 11 Archwing weapons, all of which are unique. That's quite a bit more than 50. I'd also love to know what your metric for "Very fun and addicting (sic) gameplay" is. Warframe's parkour system makes it very engaging, especially now that they've reworked it. "Two of the same character will be identical in stats and abilities" tells me that you didn't use the modding system, which is where most of the customisation lies. "PvP is nearly non-existent" Someone hasn't used the Conclave.

It's not like anyone comes back to this thread anymore though...
Warframe's parkour system makes it very engaging, especially now that they've reworked it.
Parkour isn't everything. The gunplay, melee, and overall combat are, according to the general consensus, bland. However, this is an opinion.
"Two of the same character will be identical in stats and abilities" tells me that you didn't use the modding system, which is where most of the customization lies.
I've got to admit, at the time I wrote this, I didn't know what the modding system was. However, beyond modding, you can't customize your Warframe's abilities. You can't, say, switch out your Loki's invisibility for blinding enemies. Or customize Mag's pull to a push. A simple change like that keeps the core of the ability the same while keeping two Warframes different, yet useful.
"PvP is nearly non-existent" Someone hasn't used the Conclave.
I've been trying PvP. The three gamemodes are intriguing. But, unfortunately, there's very rarely enough players for a full match, and the PvP is a mess of people jump/sliding across the map at extreme speeds anyway. Plus, the only thing you can get from PvP are a few nice mods. It's obviously a very minuscule feature compared to the massive amounts of PvE content. But besides this, Warframe is still a pretty fun game. In fact, I'm playing it right now.

4 planets. Earth, Moon, Venus, Mars. It counts as a separate area too. Heck, the Dreadnaught will count here in a few weeks, if my near nonexistent attention is correct.
-
Moon isn't a planet though.
-
It functions as one in game.

It functions as a map.

We're talking about the same thing, just different wordings.
